Even though I love my new Road Glide, the Fat Boy will always be my favorite motorcycle.  I have owned two of them.  The above bike is a stock one with a 110 CVO motor, electronic throttle control, ABS and cruise control.  Handlebars, race tuner and exhaust is all I would change.  That would be the fewest parts ever for me.  They say the third times the charm.

Feeling Bereft

Maybe we need a May or a September OMC Run in addition to the current three OMC runs?!  A good topic for the meeting on November 5th.

We will also be discussing the updates to the OMC By-Laws.  And good food.  With a special door prize.

OMC 2015 September Meeting Report

The OMC September meeting was held at Duke's crib.  Members present (along with their wives): Smooth, Duke, Grim, G-Man, Big Easy, Rip "Hollywood" City and Bomber.  Not present: Krome and Zeus.

The weather was a little chilly but rather nice in a way.  Scarecrow's wife wore his special jacket and was stunning in the custom apparel.  Bomber's wife wore Vandal colored shoes which warmed and raised some jealousy in Grim's heart.  Bomber and Rip "Hollywood" City had commiserated before the meeting so their shoes would match and Big Easy arrived fashionably late.

The food was wonderful and I want to know more about the origin of the ribs.  Grim had two plates of food and wanted more but reason prevailed.

Talk of rust, cars, cowboy hats, Silver City and Air Jordans filled part of the conversation when attendees came up for air from eating the fine food.

Just for the record, wive's names are not used in the Blog for privacy reasons and out of respect.  Much props to the lovely OGRES wives for their support and camaraderie.  Life would not be the same without them.

'Nuff said.

2012 Harley-Davidson Street Glide for Sale

I am selling my 2012 Harley-Davidson Street Glide for $17,500.  That is what the dealer will give me on trade so I won't take less.  It has less than 17,000 miles on it.

It has new tires and has just had the 15,000 miles service.  Service records from Boise Cycle will come with it.

Carl Davis, Boise Cycle, says it's one of the smoothest and nicest Touring bikes he has ridden and worked on.
