Freedom Day Half Day Ride September 11. 2026

It was an auspicious day for a motorcycle ride given it occurred on September 11th. Nonetheless, it was a glorious day in the wild.

It's easier to list those that attended as Gundy and I were the lone rangers. Gundy had devised great route and Grim was able to see a lot of new country. 

We ended up in Melba for a meal and some animated and timely conversation.

OGRES Motorcycle Club 2026 BBQ with Spouses Report

 

It was a very nice evening for a OMC Bash with the fine ladies of our Club. Rowdy's Ribs were fantastic as usual and the side dishes were perfect for a traditional BBQ dinner.

We talked about crazy families and beloved pets. No drama...just nice company.

We also were able to check Bomber's new ride and some of us took it for a spin. In fact, we didn't think Gundy was going to return at all.

It's a great life if you don't weaken...

OMC Half Day Ride This Coming Friday September 11

 

The September OMC Half Day Ride is this coming Friday on the 11th.

Meet at Valley Wide Chevron at the corner of Lakeshore Drive and Highway 45 south of Nampa.

Briefing at 9:45 am with departure at 10 am.

Bring your swimming suit for a stop at Given's Hot Springs.
