The OMC meeting was held at the previously appointed date, time and place.
Members present: Duke, Smooth, Ace, Rowdy, Gundy, Bomber and Grim.
Members absent: Slick, G-Man and RipCity.
The first order of business was to carefully select pizza from three choices. The attending members did so and we began the culinary enjoyment.
Grim handed out the schedule for the 2026 OMC events and meetings along with a draft of the OMC events and meetings for 2027. A discussion ensued as to the basis of reasoning concerning the 2027 draft. Excellent information and feedback was given by members as the different rides, Runs and topics were discussed. The OMC now has a great starting point.
There was a short discussion about using one of the 2027 meetings to have a primer on firearm cleaning and care. Also, using a meeting for a firearms range day.
The main order of business was to discuss and select the routes for the three OMC sanctioned Runs. After a great deal of strong discussion, three Runs were identified for the 2027 campaign.
Gundy, Rowdy and Grim will meet in the next couple of weeks to flesh out the details and the results will be disseminated at the December OMC meeting.
Ace brought some nice hats and also some new patches to show the members. He also has a hat press to apply the patches. Members placed their orders and absent members are also invited to place orders.
